If you like to keep up with your fitness routine whilst enjoying a relaxing break away, or you are looking for a holiday with a difference, then read on!

The rather stunning Cote d’Azur chateau Lou Casteou (situated in the Esterel mountains between Cannes and St. Tropez) has recently announced new dates for its three luxury residential fitness retreats. Whilst the special breaks do have a fitness theme, I do love how wine is included in the price – one has to get their priorities right! 😉

I have never thought about doing a fitness retreat before. I love the setting of this one, it looks beautiful. Initially I thought they sounded quite expensive but actually, when I read what was included that seems really good.

These all sound lovely. If I were going I’d have to do the Salsa Retreat. I did Ballroom and Latin American dancing in my teens so this would be right up my street. I’ve also been lucky enough to visit Nice so to return to the South of France would be a real treat.

I used to do musical theatre when I was a child but I have always wanted to learn Latin dances like salsa and I would love to learn how to do street dance. Plus I love how the retreat includes meals, wine and champagne! What a result!

These look Great! Love the idea of the Latin dancing one. I danced up until I had my first two years ago but only ballet really. I’ve always loved Latin and Ballroom. #bloggerclubuk

You are a dancer? That is awesome! They should just let us all go for a blogger dance holiday and let us soak up the sun! 🙂 x

I’ve never been to this kind of retreat but this is the year of difference and doing all the things I’ve never done before so I should really get myself signed up to some of my favourites!
